About Me

Singing has always been a central part of my life. I learnt musicianship and how to sight sing in my local church choir from the age of six. When I went to university in London I applied my training in the professional church choirs there while also starting to build my stage experience through performing in musicals and light operas.

I moved to Swindon in 2013 where I further developed my acting skills with a local professional theatre company before starting to train as an opera singer with Alexander Johnson in 2018.  Throughout my training I have tackled a variety of light and heavy, serious and comedic roles with nine different opera companies. Highlights include:

Loge in Das Rheingold with Tarnhelm Opera (2019)

Tamino in The Magic Flute with Kennet Opera (2019)

Faust in Faust with Bath Opera (2020)

Don Jose in Carmen with Opera In A Box (2022)

Cavaradossi in Tosca with Bath Opera and Carmina Priapea (2022 and 2023)

Luigi in Il Tabarro with Carmina Priapea (2022)

Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni with Opera In A Box (2023)

Rodolfo in La Boheme with Swindon Opera Collective (2023)

On the concert circuit I regularly perform in and around the Southwest of England and further afield. Recent highlights include:

Haydn's Creation with East Oxford Community Choir (2021)

Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde with Cardiff Opera (2022)

Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle with Highworth Choral Society (2023)

A Night at the Opera with Swindon Choral Society (2023)
